About Us
The Appleton Charitable Foundation engages directly in charitable activities as well as funding other registered charities to promote philanthropic aims.
The Appleton Foundation is dedicated to projects that support community awareness in the arts, humanities and public health. The Foundation is committed to enhancing public health through the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Initiatives such as the GreenApple Report create awareness for policy makers and educate the public on how greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced.
In addition to working independently on such projects, the Appleton Foundation also establishes partnerships with other charities, foundations and governing bodies to work towards similar objectives.
The Appleton Charitable Foundation was established in 1998 by Barry Appleton. Mr. Appleton is an international lawyer with a strong interest in environmental education, public health and learning in the arts and humanities. He is the National Director of the Foundation.
